Our joint venture with VBI Real Estate redevelops underutilised buildings into dedicated student housing in a structurally under-supplied market.

Since its formation in early 2019, the venture has acquired five properties in cities including Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, with the first opening in 2020. The properties are operated by ULiving, a Brazilian student housing operator in which VBI acquired a stake in 2018.

This housing offers a new and exciting experience for students in Brazil centred around high quality and community.
