The development is comprised of 45 high-end residential units of three to five-bedrooms, with unit sizes ranging from 150 sq m to 350 sqm.

By collaborating with London-based Paul Davis & Partners and Japanese architects Yasui, we were able to combine the best of international and Japanese design.  The development’s architecture takes inspiration from the open space, tranquillity and natural light of Yoyogi Park, one of the largest parks in Tokyo. Residents can enjoy a woodland view away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The concept is an authentic yet modest expression of grandeur that represents how we wish to live today.

Grosvenor Place Kamizono-cho has a prime location adjacent to the Park and is also close to the shopping areas of Omotesando and Shibuyaono.
