PCCW Tower at Taikoo Place is a 42-story Grade A office building located in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong – a well-connected area with scenic views of Victoria Harbour.

We entered into a 50:50 JV with Swire Properties in 2010. The tower has 36 levels of office space, with a gross leasable area ranging from 1,290 m to 1,420 sq m.

Current tenants include PCCW (headquarters), BNP Paribas, IBM, and WPP. In addition to offices, PCCW Tower also has a multi-level gym run by leading international fitness group Pure Fitness.
