Originally completed in 1955 and significantly renovated in 2021, 1164 Robson Street is a two-storey retail property located in the heart of downtown Vancouver’s prime shopping district. The property is positioned among a collection of Vancouver’s leading retail and entertainment outlets. 

We acquired the building in 2018, during a period of transformation and leasing velocity on Robson Street. In 2021, the property was occupied by Paul, a 131-year-old French bakery café. Internationally acclaimed with 620 stores operating globally, 1164 Robson is the group’s first Canadian location.

We sold the property in 2023 to reallocate capital to other areas of the business.
