A unique residential experience for residents wanting to downsize to a maintenance-free lifestyle in a spacious home, 15 West is ideally situated in the desirable community of North Vancouver.

The 18-storey structure of steel and glass mirrors the city’s stunning mountain backdrop, while warm, wooden soffits, a natural stone entry feature and a reflecting pond convey sophisticated West Coast style. We worked with Interior designer Scott Trepp to produce luxurious and contemporary interiors.

In addition to the residential units, 15 West also includes 700 square metres of retail space.

The project completed in 2014.
