Grosvenor acquired 185 Post Street in the heart of San Francisco’s Union Square shopping district in 2005.

The original six-storey building at 185 Post Street was fully renovated inside and out, including new building systems, a seismic upgrade and a new window wall façade that artfully preserves the original masonry exterior.

International fashion house Dior opened their 10,000 sq ft flagship store in the building following an extensive interior and entry façade fit-out in 2016.

In 2008, the property received an Excellence in Architecture Honor Award from the San Francisco chapter of the America Institute of Architects (AIA).
