With a walk score of 97 and superior proximity to the Downtown Berkeley BART station, Ace is prominently located within a mile walk from the culinary hub in North Shattuck, near dozens of theatres and entertainment venues and the BART train provides easy access to Oakland and San Francisco.  

Plans for the site include a 12 story, 160+ unit Class A multifamily rental community atop ground floor retail. The project will set a new bar for interior finish quality and exterior design in the market.

The project broke ground in June 2022 and completed in 2024.
