In July 2014, we committed $10.2m to finance the development of Eight Twenty Mission.
Situated on South Pasadena’s historic Mission Street, the project is within walking distance to the heart of the neighbourhood amenities which include a unique mix of shops, restaurants, and a farmer’s market, all set along picturesque tree-lined streets. The project benefits from excellent transportation links as it is located within one block of the Metro Gold Line light rail system, with direct service to Downtown Los Angeles.
The development was completed in 2017 and involved an adaptive reuse of an existing 1940’s industrial building as well as new construction.
