In 2018, we committed $37.5m to Intracorp USA to develop AmpliFi, a 290-unit class A apartment community in Fullerton, California.
AmpliFi features studio, one, two, and three-bedroom floorplans. Ten of its units are non-market rate available to those earning up to 120% of the area median income. A business center with private offices is highly utilized by residents working from home.
Additional amenities include a luxurious pool with private cabanas, outdoor fireplaces with intimate seating areas, barbecues, ground floor retail, a coffee bar, a clubhouse with a chef-inspired kitchen, a state-of-the-art fitness center, three rooftop viewing decks, a dog park, and a spa.
Construction of AmpliFi was completed in 2019 and in late 2021, AmpliFi sold for $168 million. At the time of sale, the transaction marked the highest price-per-unit of a market-rate multifamily community in Orange County.
