In May 2014, we committed $12m to Intracorp’s Belpark project located between Vancouver’s Oakridge and South Vancouver neighbourhoods. 

The high-end community is nestled between two large green spaces, the Langara Golf Course and Winona Park, and just one block from the Cambie Corridor. The building offers high-end amenities including an on-site concierge, an internal landscaped garden and water feature, a fitness facility, as well as a kitchen and entertainment space. 

Construction completed at the end of 2019 and the final few homes sold in 2020.
