In 2013, we committed $6.8m to Millennium’s woodframe building in Vancouver's East Village. The project completed in July 2015.

Boheme is a 4-storey wood frame mixed-use project consisting of 82 condominium units, 20 rental units and 21,000 square feet of retail space. Resident amenities include a bike room, community garden, fitness centre and playground.
