Located across the street from Juanita Bay, a popular beach destination, Juanita Village is a vibrant and diverse pedestrian friendly area with a range of neighbourhood retail services.

Residents at Chelsea have access to a large selection of restaurants, cafes, shops, private courtyards, and views of Lake Washington and the Seattle skyline. The Resident amenity lounge, conference room, business centre, new fitness center, and private dog park enhance the sense of community.

In 2018, we completed a comprehensive renovation to ensure that our facilities remain relevant to changing needs and tastes. The project subsequently received an award for renovation excellence from the Washington Multifamily Housing Association.
