In 2016, we invested $5.3m with Chard Development to develop their mixed-use condominium project, Elenore on Fifth. This project represents our first partnership with Chard and comprises 58 residential units set angularly above five retail units. Construction and sales completed in 2020.

Elenore’s amenities include an outdoor kids’ play area, an indoor/outdoor amenity room, and a gym. The project offers several large patios and rooftop decks, and the angular design affords unobstructed views of downtown Vancouver and the North Shore mountains.
