F1RST is adjacent to Nationals Park baseball stadium, within walking distance to the waterfront, a block from the Navy Yard Metrorail station, a mile from Capitol Hill and minutes away from the Washington Navy Yard.

F1RST offers 325 contemporary rental apartments in a variety of studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts. Residents at F1RST are provided access to a variety of amenities within the building including a 24-hour full service concierge, state of the art fitness center, contemporary club room with chef’s kitchen, in addition to a rooftop pool, hot tub, dog park and an outdoor stadium-seating style theatre. The apartments sit above boutique retail space. 

We sold the property to JBG Smith in 2019.
