In 2018, we provided a commitment of $6.8m for Madison Homes’ Grosvenor Place, a transit-oriented community of 46 townhomes in North Bethesda, Maryland.

The four-story townhomes offer three- and four-bedroom floor plans, featuring lofts on the top floor and private rooftop terraces. Its location is convenient to downtown Bethesda, Rock Creek Park,  and a wide array of neighborhood retailers.
