Developed by Grosvenor in 2008, Hamilton Marketplace is a grocery-anchored community shopping centre that serves Northern Marin County featuring a host of local restaurants and services intermixed with lushly landscaped plazas.

Visible to over 150,000 cars every day, Hamilton Marketplace contains a carefully selected mix of shops and restaurants surrounded by landscaped plazas.  

The centre was one of the first in North America to use solar energy to power its community space. Other sustainable features include on-site storm water treatment and retention systems and reflective roofing.

We sold the property in 2021 to reallocate capital in the San Francisco Bay Area.
