In 2015, we committed $3.5m towards the development of Haven. The three-storey townhomes were designed with large liveable floor plans and every home has access to or ownership of outdoor space. The project completed in 2019. 

The homes were built in 2, 3, and 4-bedroom configurations and are well located in relation to schools and parks. Haven was the first partnership between Grosvenor and Boffo Properties.
