In March 2021, we committed $15.1m to Roadside Development and Dantes Partners to build Intersect at O, an 11-story multifamily rental in Washington, D.C. The project has 79 units including 50 market rate apartments, 24 apartments serving households earning 50% to 80% of area median income. There are 5 for sale townhomes, each with a private garage and 3,322 square feet of ground floor retail. The building began construction in 2021 and completed in 2023.

In addition, the project provides parish office space to a local and historic church, consistent with the developer’s incorporation of historic references in adjacent buildings. 

Located in the Shaw neighborhood, Intersect at O boasts a mobility score of 100 and a walk score of 95. Residents are within walking distance of two Metrorail stations and several capital bike share stations.
