In 2016, we committed $20m to Mosaic Homes’ multi-phased master plan residential community in Lynn Valley, North Vancouver. Marking our ninth structured finance project with Mosaic, our longstanding relationship dates back to 2001. Construction began in 2020 and sales started in 2021.

Upon completion, the project will deliver 411 homes across 4 phases including Lynn Parkside, three concrete condominium mid-rise buildings; Lynn Living, a purpose-built low-rise rental building comprised of 42 market and 42 non-market rate rental homes offered at 75% and 85% of market rate; a low-rise condominium building; and 46 townhomes.

At the heart of the community will be the Lynn Club, an 8,000sf clubhouse featuring an indoor swimming pool, fitness and movement studios, and indoor and outdoor lounge spaces.

Residents will appreciate the project’s location overlooking Kirkstone Park and proximity to Lynn Valley Town Centre which offers superb amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, a public library, and other convenient local stores.
