In 2019, we committed $17.5m to Dividend Homes to develop Maravilla, a 55-unit townhome community in Mountain View, California. We reached both the final home closing and project completion in 2022.

The community is comprised of three-storey townhomes offering two- and three-bedroom floor plans. The homes feature hardwood flooring, island kitchens with quartz countertops, state-of-the-art appliances, two-car garages, decks, courtyards, and well-appointed community amenities.

The Spanish-style architecture showcases stucco exteriors, decorative tile, and iron accents surrounding an impressive common area with amenities such as an outdoor fireplace, plush landscaping, barbeque area, and dog park. Maravilla, located in a premier Silicon Valley neighbourhood is within a mile of the 26-acre Googleplex, the corporate headquarters of Google and its parent company Alphabet, Inc. The project's location offers excellent access to major highways and thoroughfares, Caltrain, shopping, restaurants, and highly rated public schools.
