Built in 1984, the property underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2015 including an expansion of the electrical and mechanical system, a redesign of the three-story lobby and upgrades to the building façade.  

The property is 100% leased to Toshiba America Electronics Corporation, Inc. (TAEC), whose Green Management program aligns with Grosvenor’s social benefit & ESG strategies relating to sustainability initiatives and a 2030 net-zero carbon commitment.
