In 2021, we committed $29.9m to Intracorp’s Owl project, a 295-unit multi-family rental building in Northgate, just north of Seattle, WA. We have been co-investing in properties with Intracorp for over 20 years, and Owl marks our 25th project. Together, we have helped deliver more than 2,500 homes in Seattle, California, and Vancouver.
Owl is a short walk to the new Northgate Link light rail station, the Seattle Kraken Community Iceplex, and the greater Northgate Mall mixed-use redevelopment.
Designed by local Seattle-based architect, Studio Meng Strazzara, the project will feature 59 units for those with incomes ranging from 60% to 85% of the Area Median Income through Washington state’s Multi-Family Tax Exemption Program.
Owl will feature a fitness center, co-working space, garden areas, a pet washing station, a bike maintenance facility, and a rooftop amenity space boasting city views.
Construction is anticipated to complete in 2024.
