Smith contains a mix of studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom sophisticated and spacious condominium homes in the heart of Calgary’s bustling Beltline community. 

We combined urban style and convenience, including a concierge, package storage and a dry-cleaning drop-off service, to appeal to the growing number of young professionals in the city.

We also integrated a bike and tool share program, shared social space for entertaining and a public plaza that extends the green space of the Beltline.

Along with Drake, our first residential tower just steps away from Smith, we have delivered over 250 new homes to the downtown area, adding quality urban living to the Beltline neighbourhood.
