In December 2013, we committed $12.8m to Intracorp for a mixed-use rental and retail project in West Seattle.
The project provides 136 rental apartments, including 30 affordable units, and over 6,500 square feet of retail space. Springline offers many amenities including a fitness center, indoor and outdoor amenity spaces and an expansive roof top deck with views of Puget Sound and the Cascade Mountains. Located in Seattleās Admiral District, Springline is a short walk to numerous popular boutiques and eateries and is only a five-minute drive from Alki Beach.
The project completed in September 2017 and was sold to Equity Residential after stabilisation.
