The programme focuses on merchant development in residential and multifamily sectors in Canada and the US. Building on our 20+ year track record, we continue to seek opportunities to work with developers on the new construction of mixed-use developments, apartments, condominiums, and townhomes located in Vancouver, Toronto, Northern California, Southern California, Denver, Austin, Washington, D.C., and Boston.

In the Washington, D.C. region, our work has supported the development of over 1,100 units in mixed-use, infill locations. Working with leading developers such as Hines, Hoffman & Associates, Roadside Development and Urban Atlantic, we have delivered condominium, rental, and townhouse communities, often with a retail component.
Our financing activity in California includes notable projects such as Intracorp USA's AmpliFi, which sold in 2021 for the highest price-per-unit of a market-rate multifamily community in Orange County.
Since 2014, we have funded 21 projects along the West Coast of North America. Establishing long-term relationships with best-in-class developers including Intracorp, MainStreet Property Group, and Mosaic Homes have resulted in the creation of over 2,250 residences.
