In 2017, we committed $16m to MainStreet Property Group’s The Bond project located next to Marymoor Park in Redmond, Washington.
The 139-unit LEED platinum rental building is situated in a unique setting, one mile south of Redmond Town Centre overlooking Lake Sammamish. The Bond features 19 non-market rate units affordable to households that make 50%-80% of area median income.
Residents enjoy a vast range of amenities including lounge areas, conference room, fitness centre, bike storage, private dog park, sports court and an outdoor fire pit.
Construction completed in 2019 and the project sold to G.W. Williams in 2020.
