In 2022, we committed $27.8m to Hoffman & Associates to develop The Oak, a mixed-use condominium development in Falls Church, VA. 

Over half of the retail will be in support of the arts, with studio space and related uses. The LEED Gold project is part of a 10-acre expansive, transit-oriented, neighborhood which provides a vibrant mix of uses along with an activated park at the center with 18,000 square feet of open space for public community use.

Sales launched in February 2024.
