The Hive is a 78,000 sq. ft.  institutional quality office building in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter, a vibrant hub for creative and technology businesses.  

Developed in 2010, it achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating, going on to win the British Council of Office’s ‘Best Office in the North’ award.  

The multi-let building is arranged over the ground to sixth floors and features a retail arcade running through the building and roof terraces on the third and fourth floors.  

A series of improvement works have been carried out to cement The Hive’s reputation as the leading office building in the Northern Quarter.
