Toronto Square is situated on City Square, the heart of Leeds’s prime office district and just minutes from its thriving retail core and Leeds Railway Station.
Originally developed in 1980 and subsequently fully refurbished and extended in 2009, it is arranged over lower ground, ground and seven upper floors, extending to a total of 87,000 sq ft. Occupiers also benefit from over 2,600 sq. ft of outdoor terrace space.
To help inform further energy efficiency improvements, Grosvenor worked with BRE to acquire the UK’s first NABERS UK energy rating for Toronto Square in 2022.
