Inclusive Design

We’re building inclusivity into our decision making to shape more welcoming and resilient spaces.

Lilly Thompson, Investment Manager outlines how we’re changing the way approach development and manage our places, by listening more closely to those with lived experience and collaborating with industry partners to drive positive change.

Biodiversity across our London Estate

Nature has a significant role to play in the resilience of places and supporting health and wellbeing. By changing how we manage our portfolio and designing nature into developments, we will achieve a significant biodiversity net gain by the end of the decade.

Hugo Marks, Senior Gardener on our London Estate shows some of the changes we’ve made to the management of our gardens, and the innovations we’re using to monitor our impact.

The Billiards Building

Our retrofit work to The Billiards Building in Birmingham represents what we're aiming to achieve across our 500,000 sq. ft of office space outside of London - creating best-in-class assets with leading environmental credentials.
