During Melanie’s tenure as chair, Grosvenor Property UK has undergone significant progress, further developing our London estate which presently includes South Molton - the West End’s largest mixed-use low-carbon development; an investment strategy focused on highly sustainable offices in England’s leading cities and a residential debt business supporting housing delivery across the country. Our activities are underpinned by a progressive approach to sustainability. Among its key successes is the development of a retrofitting programme that has helped us reduce our business’s carbon emissions by more than a quarter since 2019.
