Grosvenor has appointed Stefano Rettore as a Non-Executive Director to its Grosvenor Food & AgTech board.
Stefano sits on the boards of several leading global companies and is the founder of LemanVentures, a privately owned investment firm. He is active in leveraging his international experience in the food and agtech sector, enabling the transition of the food industry through a focus on sustainability, technology adoption, and changing consumer trends.
Among his Non-Executive roles, Stefano is currently Non-Executive Director of Deoleo, the world's leading olive oil company listed in Madrid (BME: OLE), and Board Member of Ameropa, the preeminent agribusiness in the global fertilizers supply-chain.
Before his current non-executive roles, Stefano had an extensive executive career in the food and agtech sector with high-profile global roles in the industry including as member of the Executive Council of Archer Daniels Midland (NYSE: ADM) and President of ADM Global Agribusiness where he was responsible for leading the global agricultural business.
Earlier in his career, Stefano was President of CHS International, the global division of CHS Inc (NASDAQ: CHSCP), having previously founded CHS do Brasil and then acting as president of CHS in South America, which he led to become one of the leading agri-businesses in the region. Stefano began his career in Europe with Cereol, part of the Eridania Beghin-Say Group.
