Tenants can design new office space at their first viewing


Grosvenor Britain & Ireland and Stow Capital Partners have partnered with TX (Tenant Experience) to bring their latest office development, 20 Balderton Street, W1 to life.

Grosvenor Britain & Ireland and Stow Capital Partners have partnered with TX (Tenant Experience) to bring their latest office development, 20 Balderton Street, W1 to life.

The five storey comprehensive redevelopment of the upper floors of 20 Balderton Street, completing in August 2021, includes the addition of private and communal roof terraces and new lifts providing 27,000 sq ft of Grade A office space in Mayfair. The lower floors house a 42,169 sq ft flagship store opening on to Oxford Street let to Adidas.

Potential occupiers will be able to visualise and design an office space in their first viewing, using a combination of real space experience, real-time design technology, and dedicated design support.

A TX Host guides prospective tenants through an exciting design process as to how they can configure and customise the pre-fitted space in line with their specific business needs, culture, vision and budget.

From sign off, the joint venture partners are capable of delivering an office, fitted to meet the tenants’ brand and specification, within just six weeks.

 

By funding the fit out upfront, the joint venture partners are also able to reuse, recycle and repurpose the office interior at the end of the lease. This ensures waste is minimised and strengthens circular economy practices, creating a more sustainable way of fitting out offices.
