How we are governed
Our team of executive directors, independent non-executive directors and chairman bring a vast array of skills, experience and insight to our business from across a range of sectors including social housing, social care, children and young people and social impact investing.
Our board’s role is to determine the strategic direction and policies of the organisation and to scrutinise and control its work in an effective way, holding the senior staff to account. It has adopted the National Housing Federation’s Code of Governance 2020 which is designed to help housing associations achieve the highest standards of governance and board excellence.
In addition, there are two sub-committees of the Board. The GHH Audit, Risk and Regulation (ARRC) sub-committee manages risk, audit and regulatory compliance of GHH. There is additionally a Renumeration Committee.
